There are so many plants here that I decided I better at least subdivide them a bit. I was happy to discover that not all the trees on the property are the same (my old church had ONE tree that wasn’t an escarpment live oak, so they planted more types). This is another area where I hope to expand my knowledge and make better identifications.
- Bois d’Arc
- Cedar Elm
- Gum Bumelia
- Hackberry
- Juniper (not sure what kind)
- Mesquite (but not too much)
- Post Oak (duh, it’s a post oah savannah)
- River Willow (and more river willows)
