Taking a Break

I’m taking a little blogging break, because I’m doing so many other things right now. Here are some things.

The Austin job is full to the brim with tasks. And random new ones keep popping up. Job security, I guess, but, gee, if someone wants you to do something that you thought was their area, a direct request would help. I’m whining.

Here, this rose should make me feel better.

Luckily I visited my kind therapist/shaman person who listens to me and helps me plan how to deal with my challenges. One of these days I’ll share my big one, but it’s not time yet. Just remember that no matter how cheerful people may act, they may be hiding heartbreak.

At least I have a lovely coffee table arrangement to enjoy until the dog eats the flowers.

And also today there was a meeting of the interesting landscaping committee in my neighborhood. At least I got in one good suggestion there. Hooray for Turk’s cap. I suggested it for a shady area rather than some sad iris things.

There’s a lot going on with my Cameron jobs, too. I’ll fill you in on that stuff tomorrow. But until then, you can wish me, Lee, and Kathleen luck getting to San Marcos for a seminar in yet another predicted storm tomorrow evening.

I didn’t eat all the flowers, just the red berries. Yay, they didn’t make me sick.

I’ll be more interesting later!
