Here are the birds observed at the Hermits’ Rest in November 2024. I was gone a lot, first in South Carolina and then camping at the end of the month. But, these are the birds who showed up. There were only two new ones, both spotted! A Spotted Towhee (edge of its range) and a Spotted Sandpiper, perhaps migrating.
All the winter songbirds are here now, and we are enjoying the White-throated Sparrows, Ruby-crowned Kinglets, and Goldfinches.
